Watch Beach House's Dazed Video 'Drunk In LA'
Baltimore dream-pop duo Beach House's latest album 7 has been earmarked by many as one of the highlights of 2018. They're keeping the ball rolling with a dazzling clip created by psychedelic master Spaceman 3's Sonic Boom (who also recently worked with Auckland's Ghost Wave) and Nuno Jardim for the record's latest single 'Drunk In LA', complementing the song's inebriated tone with buzzed-out first person roaming footage and majestic horse imagery. Sonic Boom also contributed a mind-expanding remix of the duo's recent single 'Black Car', stripping back the original's John Carpenter-esque melodrama and exposing the song's ghostly electronic chassis. Hint to local summer festival organisers - wouldn't it be amazing to see Beach House play their new tunes live? Dive into the video for 'Drunk In LA' and experience Sonic Boom's remix of 'Black Car' below...
'7' is out now via Sub Pop.
