Watch Raiden Freeman's Video 'Regenerating Hole'
Enigmatic Wellington songwriter Raiden Freeman (aka Jack Mells of The Scrussian) has unveiled a scenic DIY video for his song 'Regenerating Hole', drawn from recent album Deep Farm. That collection of sterling alt-pop tunes is being reissued as a shiny new 12" vinyl LP by the fine folk at Auckland independent label Prison Tapes, and features a number of special guests including Joe Locke (P.H.F.), Reuben Winter (Totems, Milk), Lawrence Goodwin (Career Girls, Pleasure Majenta) and more. Raiden Freeman's four piece live band are playing a special live show at The Wine Cellar tonight in celebration of the reissue with buds Burner And The Video and DJFK, and are hitting Wellington's Pyramid Club for a release show with Aura on Friday 5th October. We recommend you snap up your copy of the strictly limited disc while you can, vibe out to the clip for 'Regenerating Hole' by Holly Paynter here...
