Nick Cave Announces New Zealand Speaking Shows
Iconic Australian songwriter, filmmaker and author Nick Cave is returning to Aotearoa for two special evenings of "talk & music" this coming January. The indefatigable artist made his mark on contemporary culture with such melodramatic solo hits as 'Red Right Hand', 'Where The Wild Roses Grow', 'Stagger Lee' and many more, while his trailblazing work with Melbourne gothic post-punks The Birthday Party remains hugely influential on emerging artists today. This will be Cave's first local appearance since playing here with his group The Bad Seeds early last year, here are the details revealed so far...
