Ladi6 Drops Single 'Diagonals' + Animated Video

Auckland-based vocalist Ladi Tamati's group project Ladi6 have shared a colourful treat for the senses with a video for new single 'Diagonals'. The song is a bouncy, soulful celebration of accepting yourself, quirks and all, created by the combined talents of Tamati, Parks, Brandon Haru and Julien Dyne, who also just dropped his killer solo album Teal. The cartoony video is a collaborative creation directed by Thievery Studio’s Garth Barger, animated by Robert Wallace (Parallel Teeth), and features dance duo The Sixers. 'Diagonals' is the first of a series of three singles that will lead up to her fourth full-length album set to be released in September next year. Ladi6 is currently on an international tour with Fat Freddy’s Drop, and will back in New Zealand this summer to play at festivals Wondergarden and Bay Dreams. Experience 'Diagonals' here...
