Christchurch's Zhukov Share Destructive Video 'Burn It Down'

Noisy Canterbury punks Zhukov have unleashed a furious new audio-visual combination called ‘Burn It Down’. The sub one-and-a-half-minute new tune is driven by biting guitars and an infectiously catchy call and response hook, the first taste of a forthcoming EP recorded by Brian Feary (Melted Ice Cream Records). The monochrome visuals depict masked figures demolishing a score of household appliances with bats, axes and Dr Martens with highlights include a cheeky, post-destruction sip of Double Brown and an aerosol can molotov cocktail. You can catch the band in the flesh tonight at the second annual celebration of sonic depravity Full Noise festival, taking place at West Auckland's all ages venue UFO over two days. ‘Burn It Down’ below...
