Watch Regurgitator's Psychedelic Video 'Not Alone'
Brisbane electronic alt-rock sensations Regurgitator have dropped a glitched-out clip for their song 'Not Alone', in advance of their three date North Island tour kicking off in Auckland next Friday. Drawn from their latest studio album Headroxx (their ninth) and shot and edited by David Granato with visual manipulations by Ken Weston, the hyperenergetic group's new video for 'Not Alone' is a mind-melting mashup, blending digitally distorted visuals and strobing colours with footage of the trio of Ben Ely, Quan Yeomans and Peter Kostic in action. Ely elaborated on the themes of the band's latest audio-visual creation, stating “the lyrics of the tune Not Alone emerged in a state of improvisation. I really have no idea at all what it's about. A stream flowing over a stoney subconsious.” An unstoppable creative force, Regurgitator are currently winning over a fresh generation of fans with their kid's project Regurgitator's Pogogo Show's super fun debut album The Really Really Really Really Boring Album (the title isn't accurate). You can catch the long-running band performing their arguably more "adult" material at the dates below...
