Caught Live: Repulsive Woman Plays 'Rough Around the Edges' At St Paul's Cathedral Crypt

Tuesday 21st May, 2019 11:51AM

Dunedin's Repulsive Woman, the solo project of Millie Lovelock (Astro Children), has just wrapped up a three date national tour in celebration of the release of her emotionally bruised new song 'Rough Around the Edges', the lead single from her upcoming debut solo album Relief. Evocative footage from the tour has emerged of Lovelock's Saturday headline event at Dunedin's St Paul's Cathedral, documented by the hard working team at dunedinsound. The footage starts a bit wobbly but soon settles into its own rhythms, delivering an intimate taste of Repulsive Woman's live band experience (featuring Adelaide Dunn, Julie Dunn and Olive Butler), as they performed a tender rendition of 'Rough Around the Edges' to an appreciative home crowd.

'Relief' is out Monday 24th June.
