Leeds "stoner-witch-doom-grunge" duo Faux Machismo, the guitar / drums project of ex-Aucklander Maeve Munro (Young Hellions, Cat Venom) and Anna Ridley have unleashed their snappily titled debut collection EP, following a compelling pair of single releases 'Shake The Bones' and 'Soak'. The four song collection casts a spell over listeners with fuzzed-out heavy riffage and ominous lyrical imagery, creating a perfectly gloomy vibe to zone out to as the winter months roll in like an evil fog.
