Today the Ōtautahi Silver Scroll nominated artist shares 'If You Really Loved Me', a folk-pop slam dunk that garners comparisons to the likes of Julia Jacklin and Jenny Hval. The emerging young talent has an array of live shows in the pipeline for 2019, including a sought-after spot in the Going Global Presents showcase and support slots with Aotearoa guitar-pop favourites The Beths. Close has been teasing her first tour too, revealing she’ll be hopping around New Zealand and Australia in the afterglow of her debut album LEMON LAW, once it drops Friday 4th October.
