UTR Caught Live: Lake South Perform 'Ellice Street (One Story)'

UTR Caught Live: Lake South Perform 'Ellice Street (One Story)'

A.K. / Thursday 26th September, 2019 11:08AM

Pōneke electronic-pop artist Lake South tells stories of break ups, Island Bay, bad flats, and staying up to see the Wellington sunrise in his sophomore album Wellington / Te Upoko O Te Ika. Over the winter / spring cusp, Lake South toured their new songs throughout Aotearoa, playing one show at a secret Wellington venue, and performing an intimate, nostalgia-drenched show at Wine Cellar in St Kevin’s Arcade for a Tāmaki Makaurau audience. Lake South, with drummer Eddie Crawshaw (Sheep, Dog & Wolf, Bonaparte) give a powerful performance of 'Ellice Street (One Story)' for our fancy new video series UTR Caught Live, you can catch them playing at City Gallery Wellington's Tuatara Open Late event on Thursday 3rd October…
