Girlboss Return With Chilling Single 'Winter Blues'

Põneke indie-pop crew girlboss share shimmering new single 'Winter Blues', their latest release since student radio favourite 'Bully' hit the airwaves in July. A song likely about being in the throes of seasonal affective disorder, in 'Winter Blues' songwriter Lucy Botting understandably questions why someone would bother leaving their warm house to go out and meet new people. Chilling and lethargic itself, the track draws you in with Botting's cooing vocals and sparse guitar, cautiously introducing drummer Olivia Campion's (Yumi Zouma) creeping snare and kick half way through.
