Watch Dateline's Video For 'Such A Bitch'

Ahead of this week's support slot for visiting US guitar-pop songwriter Jay Som, Tāmaki Makaurau all-stars Dateline reveal their second single 'Such A Bitch', accompanied by a swish lyric video for karaoke lovers. Fronted by Katie Everingham, Dateline's current membership includes Hariet Ellis (Na Noise, Bozo), Priya Sami (Trip Pony) and Callum Devlin (Hans Pucket). Devlin also directed the song's fuzzy clip under his Sports Team moniker (and celebrated his birthday yesterday, happy birthday Callum!), starring a moustachioed Everingham – stating it was "inspired by trash YouTube and no-budget karaoke videos and filmed in the beautiful Grey Lynn park on a 27 degree Auckland summers day. Apologies to Katie for almost giving her heatstroke. Stay hydrated out there!"

Following 2019's debut stunner 'If You Want It', Dateline's latest release was recorded with the 'Dateline 1.0' lineup, featuring Everingham with Robert Bruce, Ruby Walsh and Elizabeth Stokes of The Beths, mixed by Stokes and Jonathan Pearce.
