Portland's Moon Duo touched down at Avondale's Hollywood Cinema last night to dazzle the eyes and ears of the packed crowd with their The Lightship psychedelic spectacular. Playing a set largely drawn from their ultra-groovy latest album Stars Are The Light, Moon Duo's live experience was as mind-melting as promised. The band performed within a lysergic three-dimensional environment projected upon a custom multi-screen enclosure, changing with every song and filling the historic venue with evocative swirling light-works to compliment their cosmic sonics.
