Anna Coddington Shows Her Many Sides In 'Do I Exist' Video
Meet the many sides of Anna Coddington, and perhaps a few that aren't her at all, in the riveting video for 'Do I Exist'. Plucked from her latest album Beams, 'Do I Exist' is a shining example of the themes of identity and motherhood found in the new record, and video director Anna Duckworth has created a bang-on visual interpretation with support from NZ On Air. Coddington sings "I am my mothers daughter, I am my son's mother, I am my lover's lover" before belting out "Who am I?", cutting between black belt Anna, black tie Anna, and lingeried, wind-machined, hot-stuff Anna. In a recent chat with UTR, the Tāmaki powerhouse talked about the many plates she spins, and how these seep into her song writing. Do yourself a favour and watch this on your phone via the UTR app, it's purpose-built for vertical viewing...
Anna Coddington's fourth album 'Beams' is out now via Loop Recordings.
