Pōneke ‘Pop-Raunch-Rock’ thrill jockeys nicholas Franchise and band are saddling up for a fresh round of shows across Aotearoa, embarking on a six date Spring Trot this September. Envisioned as "an extended celebration of nicholas Franchise’s second album ‘Return On Investment,’ released in April this year," the group confirm they'll be "traversing Aotearoa bareback on wild Kaimanawa horses" — presumably breaking into a brisk canter or even a gallop at times or the journey could take a while (particularly the Auckland / Wellington leg). Franchise and the gang promise to welcome the sunny months to come with time honoured live faves, hook-packed new gems and even unreleased tunes, including the tantalisingly titled 'Talking to Her’ and ‘Take a Trip with You’. The Pōneke ‘Pop-Raunch-Rock’ band will play six shows throughout New Zealand, traversing Aotearoa bareback on wild Kaimanawa horses.

An ode to seasons and stallions, the tour is also an extended celebration of nicholas Franchise’s second album ‘Return On Investment,’ released in April this year.

You can expect live and in full blossom, such dimes from his sophomore release as “Getup’ and ‘Going Places’, whilst unheard deep cuts ‘Talking to Her’ and ‘Take a Trip with You’ join ranks for for those moody gallops under storm. And naturally, time-seasoned favourites including ‘You Know You’re Not Alright’ and ‘Baby, Memory.’
