Adam Hattaway And The Haunters Announce NZ Tour + Unveil Single / Video 'Keep Walking'
Ōtautahi alt-country crew Adam Hattaway And The Haunters share the third and final single from Rooster before they drop the mammoth double album this November. Before Hattaway "realised that it needed a more stripped back arrangement," new track 'Keep Walking' was brought to The Haunters after Adam dreamt it up one morning, ready to be beefed up into a full band knee-slapper. This latest Rooster morsel follows mellow soul-folk tale 'Waiting For The Chill' and crunchy sing-along 'Riding The River', this time taking a more introspective approach, with almost whispered twangy vocals from Hattaway, and heartbreaking fiddle from Lyttelton strings legend Flora Knight.
Along with lovely new number 'Keep Walking', Adam Hattaway And The Haunters reveal a filmed rendition of the track with alternate live band Liam Quinn, Holdyn Skinner, Thomas Isbister and Simon Gregory. Shot at Loho Studios, the candlelit clip provides a sneak peek into what's in store for the nationwide Rooster album release tour this summer. Cropping up everywhere from Barrytown to Leigh, see below where you can witness Adam Hattaway And The Haunters in the flesh, sharing songs new and old...
