Georgia Lines Unveils Single / Video 'I Got You'

Bright Tauranga-based pop songwriter Georgia Lines is back with her fourth single of 2021 and another aesthetically delightful clip, made with support from NZ On Air. 'I Got You' follows tracks 'Call Me By My Name', 'No One Knows' and Waiata Anthems Week single ‘Tōrere’, and further expands the dreamy Georgia Lines love-sick narrative, this time narrowing in on the "things or spaces that we are drawn to when all is falling apart". Wanting the 'I Got You' visuals to feature the elements and basic building blocks of life, Lines and her video crew hit a serendipitous series of events on shoot day when rainfall forced them to relocate, finding themselves on location in an enormous grain shed. Backdropped by huge piles of grain, earth and birdseed, you wouldn't be blamed for thinking Georgia Lines is performing her fabulous Chelsea Jade choreography on the set of Dune (haven't watched it, I assume there are dunes) — see for yourself in the jaw-dropping video below...
