Earth Tongue and Dick Move Nationwide Tour Announced
Two of Aotearoa's mightiest musical entities are combining their powers for an eardrum-shredding double-headline tour in August 2022. Psych-fuzz-doom duo Earth Tongue, aka Gussie Larkin (Mermaidens) and Ezra Simons (Soft Bait), are teaming up with Tāmaki punk icons Dick Move for four absolutely unmissable events, taking over stages in the main centres this winter.
Having launched their debut album Floating Being into the world during the pre-pandemic days of 2019, Earth Tongue have toured Australia, the UK and Europe, and scooped up praise for their otherdimensional heavy riffs from such global tastemakers as BBC Radio6 and Bandcamp. Hitting the Official New Zealand Top 40 Albums chart when their anthem-packed debut record Chop! exploded onto airwaves in 2020, Auckland Live Best Independent Debut award finalists Dick Move are a politically-charged force to be reckoned with — grab tickets or regret it forever...
