Playing their debut Aotearoa headline event this coming Sunday at Tāmaki Makaurau's Whammy Bar, Los Angeles post-punk / new wave trio Automatic have unleashed a stylish new video for 'Turn Away', from their 2022 album Excess (Stones Throw). Beginning with what we must assume is a typically luxurious international touring scenario for the team of Izzy Glaudini, Lola Dompé and Halle Saxon, the clip swiftly nosedives into meditative post-disaster zones of exploration in director / multimedia artist Ambar Navarro's beautifully shot visuals.
