Gardens Music Festival Lineup + New Location Announced - Fatboy Slim, LP Giobbi, Peking Duck, John Morales + More

Chris Cudby / Wednesday 18th January, 2023 10:34AM

Starring UK big beat icon Fatboy Slim, the organisers of Auckland's inaugural Gardens Music Festival have announced the full lineup for the summer event, plus a change of location to Auckland Domain "due to damage caused to the grounds by a previous event." Site of November's superb Spring City Music Festival (headlined by Groove Armada) and nestled between the super city's stately War Memorial Museum and Wintergardens, the leafy location will play host to an absolutely stacked bill of overseas and local party bringers — including LP Giobbi, Peking Duk, Set Mo, John Morales, Dick Johnson, Miss B and of course Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim himself — plus there'll be "a new and improved festival layout." Scope out the full Fatboy Slim nationwide tour details below...

"Due to damage caused to the grounds by a previous event, Gardens Music Festival will now take place at its new home — the iconic Auckland Domain, and we cannot wait to see everyone there.” — Endeavour Live Co-Founder Kyle Bell

Press release:

With just over a week to go until the inaugural Gardens Music Festival, organisers have had to scramble to relocate the event from Victoria Park to Auckland Domain.

Endeavour Live successfully ran Spring City Music Festival back in November at Auckland Domain and will be rolling out a new and improved festival layout on Sunday, January 29 for Gardens Music Festival.

And with that good news, comes more good news, the full lineup announcement. Friends performing alongside Fatboy Slim at the new one day festival include US producer LP GIOBBI, Australian hitmakers PEKING DUK, dance maestros SET MO, DJ and producer JOHN MORALES, with local support rounded off with DICK JOHNSON and MISSB.
