Office Dog Announce Debut Album 'Spiel' + Unveil Single ‘Hand In Hand’

Getting all their ducks (pups?) in a row, Kane Strang's new project Office Dog have announced their debut album Spiel will be launching into the world via Aotearoa's legendary Flying Nun Records. Bundling together all four previously released tunes with six newies, Office Dog's inaugural long player includes fresh single ‘Hand in Hand’, riding crashing waves of herky-jerky math-rock rhythms with zen-like steadiness. Led by Strang with Rassani Tolovaa on bass and Mitchell Innes on drums, Office Dog's Spiel was recorded at Roundhead Studios with producer De Stevens, and mastered by Jonathan Pearce (The Beths), out on black vinyl, limited edition clear vinyl, CD and digitally on 15th September. “‘Hand in Hand’ is a song about feeling completely fragmented and trying to put yourself back together again with the help of those around you. Instrumentally it was by far the hardest one for us to work out and we only really finished writing it the day before we started recording Spiel, while De was with us in our practice space.
