Music First with Frank Booker & Samuel Harmony — Debut Show Announced

Tāmaki Makaurau DJ heavyweights Samuel Harmony (Friendly Potential) and Frank Booker have cooked up a bold new plan to help "re-centre what makes a party a party". Their proof of concept will be the first ever Music First event happening at Leigh Sawmill Cafe, where Harmony and Booker will bring you dancefloor energising good times all night on 10th February. They outlined Music First's inclusive vision in a snappy manifesto-like statement — join their party adventure this summer and beyond...

"Music First is a new endeavour from Frank Booker and Samuel Harmony founded out of a realisation that there’s a lot of noise in the scene and very little of it is about the music.

Dancing with strangers to music has been some of the most cherished and valuable experiences in all of our lives - yet everywhere you look it seems that we’re devaluing that music and those experiences.
