Bob Mould (Hüsker Dü, Sugar) NZ Tour Supports Announced - BUB, Mystery Waitress, Mim Jensen
Finally returning to Aotearoa for his first local headline dates in 22 years, Hüsker Dü co-founder and Sugar helmsman Bob Mould is treating fans to career-spanning sets next month in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch — playing "songs from the past, present, and future." Local guests have now been officially revealed, with rising songwriter Mim Jensen supporting Mould at Lyttelton's The Loons, Mystery Waitress (who just launched their new album Bright Black Night via Flying Nun) opening at San Fran, and Priya Sami's project BUB warming up the big stage at The Powerstation, all performing solo for these very special events. A pioneering, majorly influential figure in US alt-rock / power-pop from the late '70s onwards, it should come as no surprise that Mould's Solo Electric shows in Christchurch and the capital are already sold out. If you haven't done so already, make moves immediately to secure your spot for Auckland, or miss out big time...
