Spotlight: The Biggest Pub Gig In The World ft. Th' Dudes, Dragon, Stellar*, Fur Patrol, Goodshirt

As outlined in John Dix's crucial tome Stranded in Paradise: New Zealand Rock'n'Roll, 1955–1988, the musical art form we now know and love as Kiwi Rock was forged in the furnace of such legendary pubs as The Gluepot, heaving with up for it punters and ripper riffage. Flash forward to 2025 and Aotearoa music lovers are treated to THE BIGGEST PUB GIG IN THE WORLD, sporting an absolutely stonking lineup of local legends at Auckland's Spark Arena on 2nd August.

A stars-only bill progressively unveiled during NZ Music Month, this multi-generational encapsulation of our rock roots features true titans of rowdy singalongs Th' Dudes and Dragon, playing alongside 21st century icons Stellar*, Fur Patrol, and Goodshirt.
