AW & Oksun Ox Auckland Show Announced
The new project of Die! Die! Die! frontman Andrew Wilson, AW has not so quietly been gaining pace over the past year with an enigmatic pair of deftly stripped-back, spiky and atmospheric noise-punk EPs, recorded with drummer / producer Stefan Neville (Pumice). The squalling splendour of new single 'THIEF OF JOY' heralds AW's debut album THE NERVE, out in full 5th December, and Tāmaki Makaurau gig-goers will soon be treated to AW's third live appearance, cramming into Morningside's cosy 605 Morningside on 8th November alongside Oksun Ox (one man band Ben Holmes).
