Guitar Wolf (Japan) Returning to Aotearoa New Zealand

To witness Guitar Wolf live on stage is to experience the magnificent and unfathomable power that is JET ROCK & ROLL. Absolutely incredible when they visited here at the start of last year, the Japanese garage-punk gods will close out Aotearoa's wet and windy summer with a massive nationwide tour, kicking off in late February.

Founded by eponymous frontman Seiji in 1987, Guitar Wolf have proven to be a major influence on distorto-riff loving rock freaks across the globe, and have toured multiple times with NZ's own The D4. Their speaker-busting oeuvre includes such classic records as Wolf Rock!, Planet of the Wolves, Jet Generation, unhinged feature length horror movie Wild Zero, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
