Home Brew Presents 'Last Week' Auckland Show Announced - Winter Series

Tāmaki Makaurau's hip-hop heroes Home Brew will be taking over Auckland Town Hall at the tail end of autumn, for the second star-powered addition to the 2026 Winter Series. Bedrock foundation of the Young, Gifted & Broke (YGB) multiverse, Avondale icon Tom Scott, Harry 'Haz Beats' Huavi and Lui 'Silk' Gumaka achieved widespread infamy with a breakout run of EP releases from the late '00s onwards, culminating with the chart-topping release of their self-titled debut album in 2012 — soulfully followed up over a decade later with 2023's award-winning Run It Back. Today, one of Aotearoa’s most beloved hip-hop groups Home Brew have announced they will be performing their legendary EP Last Week live in full, as well as songs from their catalogue, at the Auckland Town Hall on Sunday 31 May 2026. The second Winter Series announcement, Home Brew join the already announced Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 on the line-up.

The Winter Series returns for its second year; a curated concert series brought to you by Live Nation in association with Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, on behalf of Auckland Council Events.
