Tāmaki Makaurau's real deal rock 'n' roll hound dawgs / eight-headed party-starting machine, Magic Factory are finally back, delivering the goods (again!) with their red hot new Wild Times EP. Sporting awesome artwork and six tunes to get your butt boogieing in the office and / on the dancefloor, Wild Times was purportedly laid down "at a studio hand built by guitarists Vinnie and Matt in West Auckland."
They recount the strange, summertime bluesy tale of the 'Brain Dead Boogie', toast 'Wild Times' with 'Old Friends', make a crucial call between 'Rent or Drugs' ("you can only have one"), endure the seemingly endless 'Long Legged Buzz' and clamber on board their very own boogie-rock mothership, collectively saluting the incontestable fact 'The Boogie Has Landed'.
