Adventuresome gig-goers are invited to enter the fantastical sonic realm of Pyramid Club this September, to attend an album release event hosted by Aotearoa dungeon synth / ambient soundscape crafter Fox Moss aka Niamh Woollin. Celebrating the launch of the electronic artist's imminent debut opus Eternal Veil, Fox Moss will be joined by fellow travellers Fiunary, Field Enhancement and VJ Pixelotti, plus we doubt anyone would complain if you dressed up to theme. Hear ye, hear ye! On the 12th day of September, the maiden known as Fox Moss shall perform her new album, Eternal Veil, at the establishment known as Pyramid Club.
Gather thy fellowship, don thy finest medieval attire, and venture forth into a realm of mystery and magic. Fox Moss will be supported by the enchanting Fiunary and Field Enhancement, with otherworldly visions conjured by VJ Pixelotti.
Fox Moss
The solo project of Pōneke-based musician and artist Niamh Woollin. Through layering electronic sounds and textures, they conjure immersive experiences driven by narrative, dissolving the boundary between the real and dreamt.
Fiunary
A wasted strain of ancient lovers, refracted echoes of the liminal, forgotten songs for lonely bedrooms. Fiunary is alive, makes music, and will die.
Field Enhancement
Sonic and aesthetic inspirations drawn from many genres and styles such as noise, black metal, industrial, techno and ambient. Involves heavily manipulated and distorted textures, arrhythmic drums, covert shadow like synths and surrealist soundscapes.
Pixelotti
Combining slinky oscillations, thrumming patterns, and the crackling physicality of handmade animation, Pixelotti (Grace Bella) is a Pākeha artist whose abstract visuals invite the imagination to dance.
