Listen: Cool Runnings - Blister

Last we heard from Auckland group Cool Runnings they had just released a dub remix of their nihilistic track 'Cool Death', and now they have returned with an offering from the opposite end of the spectrum. New song 'Blister' premiered last night on Noisey and sees the weed-obsessed foursome move away from their usual fuzzed-out brand of punk to produce a track with melodic riffs and intelligible lyrics. The band are apparently working to release a new EP, titled I Hate It Here, ahead of their September trip to the States, which will see them play Goner Fest in Memphis.
