Psych-folk trio The Bent Folk have unveiled a 10-inch lathe cut record featuring the epic offering 'Spare The Rod', backed by the Funkadelic-informed single 'Maggot Brain'. The Wellington three-piece, made up of Dick Whyte (guitar, vocals), Helen O'Rourke (drums) and Rupert Hunter (guitar, organ), have made the 10-inch available for streaming on Bandcamp, where you can also order the real deal vinyl which is limited to only 20 copies.
