Video: Death From Above 1979 - Virgins

Dance-punk duo Death From Above 1979 have unveiled a new clip starring a bunch of Amish kids tripping balls and getting raucous after gobbling a bunch of magic mushrooms. The concept for the 'Virgins' video came from the brain of director Eva Michon, who also made the unusual decision to shoot the high quality clip in old fashioned 4:3 television aspect ratio. The Canadian pair, who cameo as cops in the video, say the concept takes cues from the song's lyrics "which are a meditation on innocence and coming of age. That very precarious time in life when sex is elusive, maybe even frightening but always compelling". The track is lifted from their last album The Physical World, watch the video below....
