Funk/soul inspired Tahini Bikini formed in Pōneke in 2021. Spear headed by lead vocalist (Madeline Taylor) and a talented collective of musicians - Mathew Campbell (Backing Vocals, percussion) Darcy Monteath (Bass), Lennox Grootjans (drums), Alex Scott-Billing (Guitar) Cameron Robertson (Trumpet), Aidan Mcculloch (Saxophone/keys), Chev Fraser (Trombone, keys).
