C.O.F.F.I.N Children Of Finland Fighting In Norway

The Ocker brudders, disciples of that thing called OZ rawk, north Sydney siders C.O.F.F.I.N, recent tourists of NewZild in February, and back this November / December. A hairy bunch of spitballing’ riffers, part Rose Tattoo, part Cosmic Psychos.

Last time they were here C.O.F.F.I.N blew many a local away NOT just with their incendiary live show blowing minds up and down the motu , but also their fearless tourist activities ..... a post show jump off the Mount Maunganui bridge .... grubber kicking a footie down Baldwin Street ... mixing with the seals just south of Kaikoura were a few of the many highlights .... not to mention discovering the exotic libations of Speights and Double Brown Their last two shows saw them opening for old mates Amyl & The Sniffers, which won them a horde of new fans.

For those of you new to the C.O.F.F.I.N experience ... a snarling lead singing drummer with a voice to strip paint, twin lead guitars that could only come from an Australian diet of Acca Dacca, Radio Birdman, and the Coloured Balls, and a Tap - esque bassist with look and attitude in spades.
