95bfm Presents Martha Wainwright

"Bloody, Mother, Fucking, Asshole!". Yes, you've all probably heard those lovely lyrics streaming out of Bfm recently and wondered who the hell is that! Well now is your chance to check out the lady behind them, Martha Wainwright who will be playing at The Transmission Room this Friday 28th April.

Apparently Martha is not all about naughty language having made an appearance as a sultry torch singer in Martin Scorsese’s The Aviator. She even got the thumbs up from young jazz diva Norah Jones who said while Martha is "not neccesarily poetic" she is "real...she's wonderful".
