Mos Def Postpones NZ Tour

Mos Def has postponed both his New Zealand dates this week.

Wellington, Thur 20th Jan at SFBH

Here is the official press release from the Auckland promoter, which also applies to the Wellington show:

It is just a postponement, so there is still promise that he'll head our way sometime soon but we believe tickets are being refunded.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, hip-hop artist Mos Def will not be performing in New Zealand and Australia this week.

We wish to advise that the near-sold out Mos Def Auckland show at The Powerstation scheduled for Wednesday 19th January has been postponed.

Announcement of a rescheduled Auckland date is expected within the next week.

There has been an incredible amount of excitement around the concert and we understand that many fans will be disappointed by this news.

Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled show or refunds can be obtained from point of sale.
