Bret McKenzie Receives Oscar Nomination For Best Original Song

Flight of The Concords' Bret McKenzie has received an Oscar nomination for Best Original Song for his track 'Man or Muppet' written for the new Muppets movie. Only one of two nominees in the category, the other being the legendary Brazilian musician Sergio Mendes for his song 'Real in Rio' from Rio, he beat out 37 other tracks shortlisted for the spot.
