Volume Magazine Announce Final Issue

New local street press Volume Magazine will release it's final issue this week.  Launched by APN/New Zealand Herald last September, the news has caught most off guard but has been on the cards for some time according to insiders. In an interview with Charlotte Ryan on 95bFM this morning, editor Sam Wicks points to low advertising revenue and poor translation online via the Herald site as reasons for the magazine not working out.
