Win a Double Pass for Strung Out (USA) - 'Suburban Teenage Wasteland Blues' Tour of New Zealand
Last here in 2023 celebrating three decades as a group, Strung Out are revisiting another career milestone with a return trip to Aotearoa New Zealand this September + you can WIN a double pass to a show near you! Entries close 2pm, Thursday 10th September.
One of the very first signees to Fat Mike's massively influential Fat Wreck Chords, the California punk legends are saluting the 30th anniversary of their 1996 sophomore album Suburban Teenage Wasteland Blues with a full-blown nationwide tour of our shores.
Devotees can yowl along with such classic fist-pumpers as 'Bring Out Your Dead', 'Firecracker' and 'Solitaire' in Tāmaki Makaurau, Kirikiriroa, Te Whanganui-a-Tara and Ōtautahi, when Strung Out play Suburban Teenage Wasteland Blues in full alongside selections from their mighty songbook — no doubt including tunes from 2024's Dead Rebellion (their tenth studio album). Helmed by veteran members Jason Cruz, Rob Ramos and Chris Aiken, with recent recruits Daniel Blume and Derik Envy, salute the unwavering punk rock force that is Strung Out at these very special gigs, brought to you by Sticky Fingaz Tour Management. These shows are likely to sell out, so move fast...
