As he inches closer to the release of his debut EP Food For Thought, Auckland singer-songwriter Dave Weir has unveiled stunning new tune 'She Of The Countryside'. Following on from his lead single 'Sweet Lily White',  the new song sees Weir change pace to conjure up an acoustic pop song that nods at his love for Simon and Garfunkel, The Beatles, and The Kinks.

The forthcoming five-song EP was recorded with Tim Shann (The Eversons) and co-produced with Jacob Moore (The Checks, The Eversons), and is slated for release on 19th August via Banished Music and Prison Tapes. In the meantime sink your teeth into this beauty...
