PollyHill Unveils Single 'Sweepstake' Feat. Church
As we mentioned last week, the UTR office has been hankering for another PollyHill cut to groove to since her last drop 'Mentors', and at last we can change up the tempo with devastating new track 'Sweepstake', featuring Elijah Manu aka Church of Church & AP. Produced by frequent PollyHill collaborator Alexa Casino, 'Sweepstake' grew from Paloma Schneideman exploring her love for weird and wonderful horror (see: Nosferatu-inspired clip for 'Spooky'), and wove in samples from obscure film noir as she mixed the beat. Also no stranger to thrillers, Church has a fondness for incorporating classic horror references into their output too, just check the Alfred Hitchcock vibes in the 'Roulette' video. PollyHill has an ear for what complements her sound and has assembled a wicked crew for the single release show lined up for April 10th.
