PLUS SPECIAL GUESTS
This concert will celebrate 25 years of musical journeys across three countries, with compositions inspired by the vibrant people landscapes of Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Pianist and leader Glyn MacDonald has performed at prestigious festivals in Vancouver, Rome, Beijing, Bangkok, and throughout Australia and New Zealand. He has played at state receptions for Queen Elizabeth and the Prince of Belgium, and on stage with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra and James Morrison. He has also supported Harry Connick Jr., Jackson Browne, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa and James Taylor.

Glyn serves it up. He isn’t into just playing chords and devices but rather describing things with music, describing specific feelings or abstract concepts. He has a vision and his music will take you there if you allow it.
Barney Mcall
“His melodies refuse to follow predictable routes, and his harmonies twist away from sugariness”
