Great music, great people, and great beer. PUBLIC SERVICE is a completely free monthly night hosted at Public Bar in St. Kevin's Arcade, presented alongside URBANAUT BREWING CO. Happening every month, it features local artists, bands and DJs, to give you the Wednesday night experience you deserve; with drink specials and banging music. This iteration of PUBLIC SERVICE will feature two of Te-Whanganui-a-Tara's most exciting new bands; HALF/ANGEL, who take powerful, distorted guitar music and smash passionate but delicate and complex emotions and melodies into it, and THE MUSCLE (formerly American Muscle), who are difficult to define by traditional genre boundaries with their intoxicating and chaotic mix of emo, grunge, hyperpop and folk rock.
