Gig Information

VOLUMES are a collection of five young musicians coming from a wide array of musical backgrounds, ranging from jazz, classical, post-rock to rap and of course metal. Their eclectic tastes blend together to forge a creative bond between several types of genres that are worlds apart. The combination of their efforts results in fusions between intricate patterns, melodies, and progressive.. yet-not-to-be-overlooked-aggressive, straight to the point, metal.

Bringing a modern, aggressive approach to Death Metal, Palmerston North based DEPTHS have been making their mark on the New Zealand heavy music scene since their inception with their crushing sound and passionate, pulverizing live performance instantly showing the nation that they are an unnerving force to be reckoned with.

Thanks to ODR Productions, The Artery Foundation and Outrloop Management this August will see VOLUMES appearing in New Zealand venues for the first time, alongside their kiwi counterparts DEPTHS.

Friday 30th August – Auckland, Ellen Melville Hall AA
Saturday 31st August – Christchurch, Zebedees AA
Sunday 1st September – Christchurch, Dux Live 18+

Limited tickets available from www.undertheradar.co.nz or real groovy.
Tickets on sale Friday 7th June.
