At 11pm on every night of the Wellington Jazz Festival, Hashigo Zake is hosting an informal session, led by many of the regular contributors to our music programme.
On the 26th join your host Ayrton Foote (piano) and his handpicked house band (Mark Lockett, drums, and Dan Yeabsley, bass) as they stretch out and explore tunes with the many heavy hitting cats that may pop in to call a tune.
There'll be no reservations needed and no cover charge. But koha will be welcome.
