Crash Bandihoot are very excited to be selected to represent Aotearoa NZ at International Music Festivals this November in Brazil. To celebrate - we're having a fundraiser party to see if we can raise enough to get there!
Kicking off the night are the incredible Cumbia Blazera - after a tour of Colombia and several trips around Aotearoa, they have established themselves as a much loved part of the Wellington music scene, lighting up dancefloors with infectious South American rhythms.
Then Crash Bandihoot - Wellington's most purple and yellow New Orleans street style Brass Band! Bring your dancing shoes for the soaring horns and driving rhythms described by Under The Radar as terrifying. Having rocked a crowd of 3500 at Gardens Magic, 2 tours of Australia, stomped parades at Cuba Dupa and Newtown Festivals and sold out back to back 3 years of Welly Jazz Fests, the party will be well and truly ON.
And finishing the night - UK born professional DJ Mr Pi will smash an awesome set of Rare Grooves & Funky Breaks on the wheels of steel.
