The Palcontents are an improvising trio consisting of three of Auckland's most experienced exponents of non-idiomatic improvisation. Stalwarts of the Vitamin S collective which has met every Monday night for 21 years, The Palcontents - Paul Buckton, Kingsley Spargo & Steve Cournane - collaborate with different musicians each show. This month sees them invite From Scratch founder Phil Dadson to perform solo and in collaboration. Dancer/mover Jess Quaid is a regular at Palcontents events and will be performing in duo with Paul Buckton.
