t's on! A replacement show for the cancelled Collins St Festival, Paisley stage is proud to host these 3 great acts who were booked for Collins St Festival which unfortunately had to be cancelled. Support these great artists and come enjoy the festival vibe at Paisley Stage.
the line up will be
Mon Shelford - Mon Shelford is a proudly multicultural artist now based in Hawke’s Bay, bringing her soulful voice and heartfelt songwriting to the local music scene. After getting her start in Melbourne—where a chance encounter while busking led to the recording of her debut album Belmar Sessions—she’s returned to Aotearoa with a sound that blends roots, R&B, and soul with warmth and authenticity. With a natural flair for performance and songs that carry both groove and meaning, Mon has quickly become a standout presence in the Bay’s growing music community.
Yes Yes No - Yes Yes No is an accident of good fortune, like when you fall off the couch and find a $10 note nestled under the coffee table. More guitars than sense and raised on a steady diet of Lo-Fi, 70's Punk, New Wave and the Magic Roundabout. A car crash for sure, but with cool cars. A blender of Indie Rock, Power Pop and Garage Bop served piping hot.
Tropical Downbeat Orchestra - For over 20 years, Tropical Downbeat Orchestra has been crafting a rich, groove-based fusion of funk, soul, and jazz that’s earned them a reputation as one of New Zealand’s most electrifying live acts. Formed in the heart of Hawke’s Bay, the band quickly became a cornerstone of the local music scene, building a devoted following through their residency gigs in Napier and Wellington and unforgettable marathon live shows. Their electrifying performances have lit up stages at iconic events like Waiheke Island Jazz, Toast Martinborough, and they even scored the coveted opening slot for funk legends Tower of Power.
