Better Than Never is an alt-rock band based in Blenheim, formed to give new life to a catalogue of previously unreleased 90s-influenced material. Fooled Again is an instantly relatable anthem about the frustration of falling back into a destructive pattern, despite knowing better.
Better Than Never features Megan Rosene (Vocals, Keys), Ellie Brooke (Vocals, Guitar), Mark Smith (Lead Guitar), Felipe Mesquita (Bass), and Reece MacDonald (Drums). The recording of Fooled Again also features Tristan Gregory Hunt on Saxophone.
The single was recorded in Blenheim at The Forge Audio by music engineer Hemi Jones.
