Auckland "nightmare country" artist Vincent H.L. dropped his debut solo album Weird Days to much acclaim on Friday, and held a party to celebrate its release that evening at The Wine Cellar alongside local sonic psychonauts Green Grove and Him. Vincent H.L.'s whip-smart live band features members of Bozo, The Sneaks and Magic Factory, they busted out the West Auckland artist's foot-stomping tunes with much aplomb to an appreciative home crowd.
